GIGABYTE has released the latest beta BIOS with Intel Baseline feature for Z790 and B760 series motherboards to improve stability, following Intel’s feedback that high power consumption settings may cause system instability.
The Intel Baseline setting is enabled for 13th and 14th generation K-SKU CPUs in the “Turbo Power Limits” option under “Advanced CPU Settings,” limiting performance due to power setting adjustments.
The GIGABYTE PerfDrive feature is designed for each GIGABYTE motherboard to optimize performance. However, when Intel Baseline is enabled, PerfDrive settings will default and be grayed out due to option linkage.
The beta BIOS with Intel Baseline feature for Z790 and B760 motherboards is now available for download on the GIGABYTE official site for optimal user experience and stability.
